How to RENEW:
send me
an email with your current AVG license number.
You must include your current AVG license number in your
email to RENEW.
Where to find your license number?
Open the AVG program on your
computer and click on the HELP menu, then on
ABOUT. The number it shows you is missing the
last 4 characters. I can look these up if I have the rest of
the number.
Highlight the number, hold down the CTRL key and press the 'c' key
to copy the number. Switch to the email you are sending me
(hold down ALT and press TAB), then paste the number into the email
by holding down the CTRL key and pressing the 'v' key.
I will email
you an invoice with a PayPal link. When you have paid, I will
purchase the licenses and email them to you in less than 12 hours.
(AVG can take up to 2 hours to send me the licenses).
NOTE: THERE ARE NO RETURNS or CREDITS
ON SOFTWARE LICENSES.
